I hear Frost/Nixon is very good. I also hear that the Dachshund (not Checkers) steals the show.

Still haven't seen this movie, but it looks great. There's a special show right now on TCM, Turner Classic Movies, called "Ron Howard: 50 Years in Film," and it includes the scene with the dachshund from Frost/Nixon. It's a great retrospective of Howard's work, and he talks with great zeal of the dachshund scene. Check your local listings, it will probably be repeated, saw it yesterday here in Chicago.

Thanks for another great tip Maggie and Joey (Carson). I will keep a look out. Also, readers, TMC is on some cable network's "On Demand" programming so it might show up there too. I would love to hear more about the Dachshund Moment, cinematically speaking, with Howard's boyish "zeal."
